| Cal is at round 7 atm. I will be forming a team to participate in the next season of CAL. If you want to be on the team you need to have a working vent/mic, be able to practice, and a desire to get better at dota. |

I'd be willing to play until mid-August, but I definitely can't play competitively in law school. |

| cal stands for cyber athelete league. The o means teh open division. There are several divisions but you have to start in open. I think with some practice and some dilgent efforts put toward learning we could do really well. It's a 3 month season i believe, not quite sure though. |

| I think I'm going to try to tone down my competitive play--my computer is just too slow and my screen is just too small for me to play the way I think I need to if I want to be serious. I'll still play ih games (or be on teams--if y'all want me) but I think that we have enough good people in the clan now that it shouldn't be a big deal if I can't commit. |

| There are some pretty good computers for good prices (that is computer no laptop) that you could get... You could buy a nice computer for pretty cheap... |

You could buy a nice computer for pretty cheap... | Most of the inexpensive ones don't have dedicated video cards. This, for example, would a decent gaming computer (I really only play older games) if it had a video card:
$399/free shipping * Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2160 (1.80GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 800FSB) * Genuine Windows XP Home Edition or Vista Home Basic * 1 Year Basic Limited Warranty and 1 Year NBD On-Site Service * Dell 20 inch Widescreen E207WFP Analog Flat Panel Display * 1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz - 2DIMMs * Single Drive: 16X DVD+/-RW Drive * 160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache * Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 * Integrated 7.1 Channel Audio * Integrated 10/100 Ethernet |

Maybe one of these new xps laptops, though...my laptop is quite old. Someday... |
