Hey guys. If you want to take the next step to getting to know each other well and play nicely as a team, this is what you should do.
1. Set up a time each day to practice and scrim. This way you learn who are active players who you can rely upon, and you start working on team chemistry.
2. Establish a "Main Roster". This is just players who you believe should play in your serious games, separating competitive from casual players.
3. Determine Roles. Everyone plays a different kind of hero well. Find out who likes Ganking heroes, Support, and Carry. Also assign members specific heroes to practice. Having 3-5 heroes in your rep. is a good number I find.
4. Play as many games as possible. Play against both newer clans and strong clans to learn faster. We scrim against clans who own us on purpose, just to see how we compare. It's also nice to find a rival clan to try and get better than them and see progress. Also, make friends with as many clans as possible. you never know when you might need a game quickly or a player to fill in as a sub.
If you guys follow these steps (which I think you are already doing) then you should be set. Making a post in forum about players Roles and Roster list is a good way to organize things and lets you practice lineups easier.
Good luck guys =)
